ALEX RAUL RIVERA

Alex Raul embodies the perfect combination of charm, etiquette, and professionalism. With over 30 successful years in Corporate America holding several leadership positions, Alex Raul has coached and mentored over 100 business leaders. His well-known involvement in the community has created admiration, attracted, and inspired new leaders and partnerships around the world.
Throughout the years, he has been an ambassador for several organizations in Georgia. Such as the American Red Cross, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, March of Dimes, Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Partnership Against Domestic Violence and other organizations. His passion to serve the community is undeniable and he believes that helping others is the secret to living a life that is not only happier but also healthier and meaningful. Alex Raul is very proud to be part of RudHil Companies’ Leadership Team.

ALBERT SORTO

VP of Business Development & Strategic Alliances

Albert joined the RudHil team on November 1st of 2022, as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances. His focus is on expanding the portfolio of clients across industry sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and government.
As a seasoned partnership development professional with a track record of increasing profitability through fostering partnerships between private and public organizations, Albert has the acumen and network for success in this new role. His extensive experience in business development, sales, and community outreach has positioned Albert as a leader in Georgia with solid ties across multiple industries throughout the state.
Albert transitioned to RudHil after spending three years leading the transformation of the Atlanta Gladiators organization. Before that, he served as Vice President of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for two and three years leading the National Minority Trucking Association.
Active professionally, Albert generously contributes his time and talents to various organizations, serving on boards in leadership roles such as Atlanta International Night Market, Metropolitan Savannah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Gwinnett County Government Community Outreach, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and other professional and non-profit boards all around Georgia.

JOYCE LOPEZ

Director of Agent Growth & Development

Before joining our team, Joyce was a field sales manager for Celebrity Cruises, and her territory covered Punta Gorda to Pensacola and Puerto Rico. She was responsible for all of the sales operations, in her territory including agency-to-agency sales training and management of sales activities, service, and support. She headed multiple projects in her 22-year career And continued the development of strategic National account relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace. She was always proactive in supporting the company’s travel advisor, and partners and recognizing their impact on the business.
Through the years, she has volunteered to raise money for organizations near and dear to her heart such as The United way, raising over 10k, LLS, raising over $25k, and Angels for change, helping raise over $15k. She believes that there is more happiness in giving than receiving.

VASTI PICHARDO

Director of Commercial Division

As Director of the Commercial Division at RudHil, Vasti serves our community through site selection for businesses, sales, and mentoring new commercial agents to provide exceptional client service. “Commercial real estate is a calling for me, and I get to be a part of something greater,” explains Vasti. Vasti’s clients and the commercial agents that work alongside her understand her passion for commercial real estate. Vasti serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Spectrum and the Atlanta Commercial Board (ACBR) Diversity Committee.

PAOLA FIGUEROA

Paola Figueroa is an Associate Broker, Mentoring Leader, and Project Manager here at RudHil. She specializes as a Residential & Luxury Realtor ® as a NAMAR-Million Dollar Club Awardee (2018-Present.) To what does she attribute her success? “Being a mom of two makes me a master negotiator” is her best explanation.

Originally from Venezuela, Migdalia Carter has lived in the United States for 28 years and has been a Realtor for 17 years. She has a long list of awards, including Mujer Exitosa 2021, Virtual Properties Star 2020 and 2021, and the Virtual Properties Gold Award 2019. She was even featured in VIP Magazine’s March 2022 Mujeres Exitosas Edition. “I’m in the business of making dreams come true for families, porque tu sueno se convierte en el mio.” Her loving husband Abdiel Montiel and three children, Chayanne, Andres, and Victoria provide great joy, and she enjoys her time with her two grandsons Christian (3 yo) and Samuel (5 mo).

Ask Jacky how she has sold millions of dollars in real estate, and she will tell you, “I focus on helping people make their dreams reality by enabling them to make sound financial decisions in the sale and purchase of real estate.” Driven and energetic, with 23 years of experience, Jacky is a Certified Acquisitions Specialist, Certified REO Asset Management PRO, and a Certified Financial Advisor. She helps investors build rental portfolios. Jacky lives in Winder, Ga, with her three fantastic children.

With over 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Sarah Guerra focuses on perfection. “Even though it is something we can never achieve, we will always find room for improvement,” says Sarah. A licensed Realtor, Sarah knows all the ins and outs of every aspect of accounting for even the most complex real estate transactions. An avid animal advocate, Sarah is known for her huge heart!
